چکیده
Background: Effective debris and smear layer removal affects post-cementation bond strength. Aim: The aim was to compare the effectiveness of using standard irrigation activated with heated EDTA. Moreover, an irrigant activation technique chosen in current research, employing ultrasonic EDTA solution after being directly inside post space preparation. Materials Methods: 30 single-rooted human mandibular premolar teeth were used study test proposed techniques. First, cut have standardised roots 18 mm length prepared endodontically, then carried out on all samples. Then specimens randomly distributed into three groups according technique. In detail, group 1, where a 3D cleaning used; 2, traditional applied; 3, only saline as used. third considered control group. Next, segmented analysed via scanning electron microscopy (SEM). magnification evaluate score debris. Statistical analysis undertaken classic statistical software package (SPSS, version 28.0; SPSS IBM, Armonk, NY, USA). Then, data interpreted non-parametric variance (Kruskal–Wallis ANOVA) among experiment groups. significance level decided p < 0.05. addition, statistically significant (p 0.05) lower mean scores found both examination compared Results: 1 demonstrated better results 2 terms dentinal walls. Conclusions: research concluded that is effective for clearing layers space. Future such push-out strength, should be verify this research’s conclusions. Key findings: use ultrasonically improved removal. resulted cleaning.
